Course Information
What does the Beginner Course consist of?
Our program consists of 20 hours of in-class instruction,10 hours in-car training and 10 hours homelinks (work book provided). Students who successfully complete the program will be certified by the Ministry. BDE graduates who complete the program may be eligible for an insurance discount and a reduction in their licensing period. Good Drivers BDE program is a dynamic program and is taught by using the latest technology. Our in-class instructors ensure that all students will enjoy learning with Good Drivers and we make sure all questions are answered in a professional manner. All instructors at Good Drivers are fluent in English and certified by the Ministry of Transportation.
Online Classes begin anytime from the comfort of your own home. Good Drivers offers in-class sessions on weekends and weekday evenings (In-House-once the lockdown is lifted). Please refer to course start dates for availability. Four day express courses are offered during Christmas, March Break and Summer Holidays. We recommended all students to pre-register for classes, registration may be done over the phone or in person.
We give you the option of doing your classes and in-car lessons side-by-side or you may begin your in-car lessons after completing the classes. It’s your choice! The MTO approved program must be completed within one year of starting the in-class or in-car.
In-car lessons are offered seven days a week and may be booked in the morning, afternoon or evening. You may book 60 minute or 90 minute lessons. The average student takes 2 lessons a week. In-car bookings are very flexible students and instructors will book all in-car sessions together.
At Good Drivers presentations from various insurance companies are held in our in-class sessions and a representative would be happy to assist you with all your insurance questions.
You may pre-register over the phone with the first installment of $200 using any major credit card or by sending an Email Money Transfer.

Thank you, Good Drivers. I passed my G2 test today. Special thanks to Mr. Sheriff for his patience with me. I had availability only on weekend for in-car training due to hectic work schedule, but within 7-8 classes he got me test ready. Another year and I will be heading for G prep.
