Tips to avoid Drowsy Driving

  1. Get plenty of rest
  2. Avoid heavy meals before driving
  3. Drive defensively look out for other drivers who may be drowsy
  4. Ask your passenger to stay awake
  5. After every 3 consistent hours of driving take 15-20min breaks
  6. At rest stops get out of the vehicle
  7. Get fresh air
